Ordering
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes. Buy 2 or more LUMUNO diffusers and 15% comes off every unit automatically in your cart, so two are $67.98 ($33.99 each). Any mix of Birch and Walnut counts, shipping stays free, and it can’t be combined with other discount codes.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
You can return your diffuser within 30 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging. Email help@lumunoscent.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive the return. If your order was discounted (for example Buy 2, save 15%), the refund reflects the discounted price you paid for that item. Read the full Refund Policy.
My diffuser arrived damaged or doesn’t work. What do I do?
Email help@lumunoscent.com with your order number and a few photos. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Using your diffuser
How do I use it?
Lift off the top cover, fill the tank with water up to the fill line, add a few drops of essential oil, and replace the cover. Plug the USB cable into a USB power source, then switch it on with the button or the remote.
Which oils can I use?
Use pure, water-soluble essential oils. The two 10ml oils in the box (Orange and Mint Leaf) are a good place to start. Avoid thick carrier oils, fragrance oils with additives and alcohol-based perfumes, which can leave residue in the tank.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it first. Empty any leftover water and wipe the tank with a soft, dry cloth. Every few uses, gently wipe the inside with a cotton swab dampened with a little water to clear oil residue, then let it dry. Don’t submerge the base in water.
How big a room does it cover?
Roughly 215–430 sq ft (about 20–40 m²): a bedroom, home office or living area.
How long does it run on one fill?
About 6 hours from the 300ml tank, with a mist output of around 35ml per hour.
How loud is it?
Very quiet. It runs under 35dB, which makes it comfortable for bedrooms and workspaces.
What’s in the box?
One LUMUNO Aroma Diffuser, 2 × 10ml essential oils (Orange and Mint Leaf), one remote control, one USB power cable and a user manual. Essential oil packaging may vary.
How is it powered?
It’s USB-powered (5V DC, about 2W) and plugs into any USB power source.
