Where we ship
LUMUNO ships to addresses in the United States only. We don't offer international shipping, and orders can't be placed with a shipping address outside the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Delivery time
Orders ship from a US warehouse and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, holidays or severe weather.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email help@lumunoscent.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your package seems lost, or your order arrives damaged, email help@lumunoscent.com with your order number and we'll help. For damaged items, see our Refund Policy.
